Instructions to add a shortcut to your desktop in Windows
- Make sure you can see some of your desktop (do this by resizing your browser window by clicking the middle gray or blue box
in the top right corner of the screen)
- Click the link below and drag (by holding the left mouse button down) until you reach your desktop and then realease the mouse button and the icon will appear:
agents.gohawaii.com
- To rename the icon, click on it with your right mouse button and chose "Rename" from the popup menu. Type a new name of your choosing and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard when finished.
- This is recommended for people with permanent network connections rather than
those who access the Internet via a modem. If a modem is used, the connection
will have to be established before this function will work.

Instructions for MacOS (Safari browser)
- Make sure you can see some of your desktop (do this by resizing or moving your browser window slightly).
- Click the link below to open a new window:
agents.gohawaii.com
- Locate the address bar near the top of the new window (where it says 'http://hawaii.travelagentportal.net/index.aspx'). You will see a globe to the left of the address.
- Move your mouse over the globe and notice the pointer changes to a hand. Click and hold the globe and drag it to your desktop. Release the mouse button to drop the shortcut.
- To rename the icon, click on the icon once to select it. Press the "Return" key to make the name editable. Type a new name for the link and then click back on the desktop to save it.
- This is recommended for people with permanent network connections rather than
those who access the Internet via a modem. If a modem is used, the connection
will have to be established before this function will work.
